OBSIDIAN explores the beauty of transformation through layers of shadow, texture and movement.
Inspired by volcanic stone and the natural forces that shape the Earth's surface, organic forms overlap one another, shifting from deep black to graphite and mineral grey and gradually dissolving into a soft ivory.
Each layer has its own texture and direction of lines, creating a sense of geological depth — as if stone, smoke and flowing mineral matter had been stopped mid-movement.
The free asymmetrical contour goes beyond the traditional shape of a rug. As a result, OBSIDIAN reads not merely as a decorative surface, but as an abstract sculpture seen from above.
